“Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)”

“The wood railings are not sturdy. Rooms are exceptionally thought out. The Aurora restaurant should have more choices in food and the staff was not very welcoming in the restaurant. Everyone else on the premises was very accommodating and friendly. The spa did an excellent job with the pedicure. Pool area was 99% clean and well maintained. ”

“Really nice setting and view. Accommodation was as advertised. Comfortable bed. Good, quite air conditioning unit. Issues: many small ants in kitchen despite recent exterminator treatment (note that we carefully put food away. Nails protruding upward in upholstered seats at glass dining table. Refrigerator leaked on floor. Need more glasses and storage in bathroom.”

“It was great to be back in Bermuda and I was super happy with Panatola. It’s a great studio and close to everything. I rented a scooter which made it super convenient but it’s very close to the bus routes if you’re on foot. I would definitely stay here again”
