“酒店的设施非常便利，房间里有一个小厨房，并且提供了很多便利的厨房用具：冰箱、微波炉、电水壶、餐具、厨具、洗洁精等等一应俱全。在酒店接触到的所有员工都非常友善，从酒店接待员、负责搬运行李的小哥、打扫房间的服务员，每个人的服务都特别好，而且让人感觉像是朋友一样亲切，热情。非常好的酒店，强烈推荐。”

“We stayed three nights in mid-August 2025 to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. I am not sure which was better, the hotel staff or the property. Both were superb! The breakfasts were excellent. So too was the on-site pizza restaurant. ”

“Pros: Excellent service. Fabulous ocean view. Great design. Cons: there were insects in room and terrace. Difficult to get a taxi from the Loren (it took us more than 30 minutes to get a taxi)”
