“Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down! Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note……

“This was an absolutely beautiful hotel and our room was outstanding. The bathroom was huge, as was the room. The design and layout was so well done. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. The cleaning staff left the room immaculate. We had a living room and a large table. Although we didn't spend much time in our room, it was great to have such a huge room. Down the street behind the wall was the river with lots of restaurants.
