“it is near the train station. we just need to walk for 10 min. The breakfast is yummy and staff is very helpful. ”

“入住採自助check in ，但會有服務人員協助報到，很貼心，且入住還贈送一人一杯自選飲品，非常讚。 房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。 房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。 整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。”

“位置尚算方便，搭巴士或電車都不用行很遠，大概5分鐘以內就到達酒店。 而附近更有美術館，星期三部份展館是免費的，可以欣賞名作。 而酒店工作人員服務良好。房間清潔也很潔淨。 只有一點就是隔音比較差一點，頭房晚上會聽到樓梯上落的聲音。 不過下次再去都會選擇同一間酒店。”

“早餐非常好，如五星飯店。其他只有三星水準，太小，加上行李就太擠。房間只有床，被子，枕頭。其他都沒有。浴室也有冷水熱水。別指望太多，這是火車站最近的酒店。”

“Pros: Classic luxury hotel with nice and friendly staff, and it’s easy to find and park. Perfect location, heart of the city. You have all the shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walking to the lake. Cons: Bed too small for two, pillows not comfortable. No AC in the room, and you can’t open the window due to the noise from the main street. The room is very stuffy and hot, and it’s only April. ”

“酒店前台十分有善及有禮，也近景點花橋及老城區，離火車站也不遠。酒店房間整潔乾淨，雪櫃內的飲料及小食全是免費。早餐也算不錯，隔離就是室內停車場，酒店可享八五折優惠，但是需要通知前台換票。酒店提供免費WiFi ,可以在琉森整個城區使用。沿岸有很多美味的意大利餐廳，下次也會入住。”
