“In general it was e very nice stay. However it would be useful to have some glasses in the room and may be the possibility to make a tea or a coffee. Towels to take profit of the piscine would be very useful as well. Finally a booklet with details on the hotel and on its service, as well as some tourist information about the region would be welcome. After all no big issues, but it would be helpful to upgrade the service without extraordinary efforts.”

“We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year.”
