“The apartment was very nice and modern. Only complains i would have to give is the buckling floor in the kutchen but the owner communicated that its being fixed and the handle in the toliet would hang off everytime you flushed. But overall good experience! Would recommend and stay here again! Michell was very nice and respectful.”

“The location was great. The newly renovated loss were modern and very well equipped and attention to detail was not spared. The parking was secure in the ease of access to the building and the apartment could not have been smoother the location to the arch and the ball field were ideal. When I return I’ve certainly will be staying here again.”

“Perfect place a for a quick visit! We were in STL for a concert at the Enterprise Center and would only be in town for the evening. The loft was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and dark. As someone that uses multiple fans while sleeping, the ceiling fan was the real winner. Host communication was excellent!”

“We are from the country, so this was very city to us, but everyone in the building was very nice, pool was rarely used, but a nice pool. Cool water that felt wonderful even though it was in the 90s. Apartment has a balcony where you can see your car and the pool. The check in instructions were a necessity and very thorough. I am grateful for this. The apartment was nice and having the snacks there was a big bonus. (Of note, make sure you bring cooking spray). We were within walking distance to……

“The property was great. We aware that the walls don't run to the ceiling in the bed rooms so there is a bit more noise between the rooms. Also the street noise at night is a lot! There were cars racing down the street throughout the night that were very loud. But the property was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.”

Check in was very easy and the location was perfect for really anything you plan to do downtown. Very family friendly, extremely clean and beautiful apartment.
