“We had a warm welcome from our hostess, Sylvie on arrival at this exceptional property on the edge of the picture-postcard medieval village of Beuvron-en-Auge in the heart of the Pays d’Auge in Normandy. “The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”
