“The weather was perfect so we didn't use the AC. The property is a beautifully restored 19th century Gold Rush property. Very clean, quite in an old mining town. Perfect for overnight while on a road trip or fly fishing the Trinity River. We have stayed multiple times.”

“We loved our stay in the cottage. My wife now wants me to build one just like it somewhere. Big enough to not feel cramped, but not too big to where it becomes expensive. The screened patio was enjoyable, we ate dinner and breakfast there. The AC worked great and was very comfortable inside!”
