“These hosts have thought of everything! What an amazing space for a family vacation. This home is beautiful and the location is just perfect. We especially enjoyed the face that there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds! We have very big men in our family so that allowed us to all sleep so comfortably. “We had 3 couples staying for a friends wesding in Petit Jean State Park. The views were beautiful, the sunroom was awesome to hang out in to watch the hummingbirds. They had an outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed hanging out at night. We hikes many trails in the park. Would recommend to anyone who wants a laid back nature trip”

“Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. Beautifully decorated and the owners even left us a local bread and recommendations for things to do based on……

“We loved Hot Springs Village! If you love golf, the lake, pickleball or tennis this community has it all. There are also great restaurants inside the village so it’s easy to eat out. If you want to hit downtown Hot Springs it’s only 30 minutes and it’s an adorable area! ”

“This was a great place to stay great views and great location and had everything you needed to stay here. It was a very easy with check in process. These are the pros here are the cons it was refridgerator freezer was dirty and coffee maker was filthy . The window seal had dead flies on the inside and the windows were dirty. Also in the master bedroom when sitting on bed it collapsed and upon putting it back together it did not have any screw on the slacks in which you truly need those so……
