It is situated in a old neighborhood in Morrilton and I felt very safe to walk my dog while enjoying looking at all the very beautiful and old homes in the neighborhood. This home is completely updated and every detail was thought of. The house is beautifully decorated and VERY CLEAN. It is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY which for us was great.
