“the location was very secluded and lovely. The two pools were a very nice amenity. It was easy to get luggage in and out of the rooms. The air conditioning was awesome and the Wi-Fi was really fast and consistent. One thing I was disappointed about was the lack of hooks or bars for towels (or wet swimsuits, etc.)anywhere in the room or bathroom. We were in the Treehouse room, so I am not sure if the other rooms had towel racks/hooks. Other than that, our stay was perfect!”

“This place is a hidden gem, we sprung for the villa and it was well worth it. Missing this place as we’re in San Pedro, very new with all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Villa Massis brings the amenities to the jungle, we loved seeing monkeys on the property. The staff and food were excellent, resort offers a very intimate dining experience. Don’t hesitate to book, highlight of our trip. ”

“Property is idealy located next to Santa Elena and San Ignacio for easy access to all shopping and business needs. I do believe the pool area needs an upgrade, it's fine but time for a re- decking and more modern pool.”

“Second time staying at Ka'ana. We loved it again. The road noise has increased some. I hope with The improvements being done that more trees and bushes are planted along the side of the property adjoining the road. Maybe they will also add some more water features lessen the road noise. We love feeling as if you're in the jungle and big truck noise certainly was different hearing it this time. Still had a great time. A wonderful pool to be enjoyed by all.”

The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I mentioned that the initial bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked. They promptly exchanged it for us, and the new bed made a significant difference in our comfort. Aside from that, the atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed our stay. “Very beautiful view and setting. Service was excellent. The whole hotel was always very clean. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the bed. It was a little soft for us but we like firm mattresses. ”
