“Property was good but not for large groups. Not much parking and the space was pretty small for 19 grown men. Location was pretty much centered around most wanted attractions. Upstairs A/C is not enough for the space on unit A. Just a very small window unit. Small issues were taken care of immediately by property manager. Check-in process was easy and property manager had great communication.”

“Easy beach access, plenty of room. Trash wasn’t picked up the week we were there from holiday weekend. Wanted to cookout on the grill provided, no propane. We bought one and was reassured that I would be reimbursed. But all and all we always have a great vacation . ”

“Overall, we loved this property! The house was located close to the beach, directly across the road from the beach access. The house was big enough to house everyone comfortably for the 2 weeks we were there. The surround sound in the living room was a nice touch. It was amazing having a private pool for the days we didn’t make it to the beach. Now.. when we first arrived there was a massive roach on the living room floor. No problem. “We love staying at the Watercrest. This is our 5th year enjoying PCB from the quiet comfort of a Watercrest condo. ECDI was very responsive to our needs. I called about an issue with a leaky faucet and the door lock. A maintenance crew was there within an hour to fix everything. ”

“What a nice place. It was only about 1-2 block walk to the beach, has a heated pool that we paid for prior to coming which was very nice, has plenty of room for family and friends inside, the upstairs loft has a dart board and Foosball table, and the garage has Beach items to use. The owner has great communication. We had an issue come up at the place, which the owner worked hard to help decrease the issue and was kind. We would stay here again and also recommend it to others. ”
