“We loved our family vacation here. We traveled with our older children and grandchildren. The dipping pool was a lovely alternative to the beach and just the right size for the little ones. The ease of getting to the beach was priceless. We cooked many meals in the luxury kitchen. Everyone had their space and place to relax. Being near everything made it easy too - grocery stores, restaurants, fishing excursions, health food stores. Thank you for a lovely memory.”

“My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was a great experience. The elevator is invaluable. We had a large group and everyone enjoyed having their own space. The host was very responsive. Check in was easy and the pool was great. Really easy walk to the beach and easy drive to everything you need. ”

“This home has it all. It's close to the ocean with beautiful ocean views. It is well stocked and was perfect for a quick family get together. The third floor allows nightly meals and game play. Kids loved the pool( albeit small) and hot tub. Bikes, beach chairs, toys, you name it, it is there. The property managers are responsive and helpful.. The neighborhood is quiet but right off 98 and 30A so close to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants. Highky recommend.”

“I read the reviews a few weeks before our trip and saw the complaints about the condition of the house. After having stayed there last week, I will acknowledge that the house is old and there are some updates that can be done. However, those issues did nothing to diminish our stay. The location is second to none in terms of access to the beach (just mere steps), the view and the convenience to restaurants, groceries and other shopping. In short, it was a great trip and we are likely to stay at……

“Perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The pool and separate suite on the bottom level were perfect for our teenage boys, especially since it was red/purple flag beach conditions. The only negative is the elevator is not part of the rental for some reason. Toting luggage up 3 floors isn't fun, and is a bit unnecessary. Still highly recommend this place.”

“Beautiful home, well appointed, great floor plan, location was great for us but if you want the hub of Rosemary Beach it’s not that. Quiet neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to Rosemary. Beautiful beach with easy access, just bring a wagon for your stuff. Would def return ”
