“We came in for thunder beach motorcycle ralley. We arrived at 2:45 pm Cst. The front desk agent was quite rude and very abrupt. I thought it was just me but others were complaining. It was only 15 min until 3pm and after asking if we could please check in as our room was ready she rudley stated, NO, I will wait until 3p.. she didnt greet any of us with a smile, and made us feel as if we were inconveniencing her by checking in. “The room was absolutely amazing. We had a golf view. We had a kitchen area and a living room area. The door closed to the bedroom area. We went to Walmart, which was very close to get groceries and such. I do recommend going to the dollar tree and buying napkins, baggies, things like that and a broom if you don’t want sand everywhere. It didn’t bother us because we expected there to be sand, but it was nice to be able to sweep it away. They provided bowls cups plates, and a few pans. We used……

“It was a good stay, mostly. Staff was amazing. Lovation was amazing. Room was clean. Just missing a few conveniences in the room such as a towel holder in the bathroom sink area, lights at the bathroom sink didn't all work, and the dead bolt on the front door didn't work. Again, minor issues but still inconveniences. The outside could use some attention, but that wasn't make or break for us, especially with the price.”
