“Lovely carriage house. There were people staying in the main house at the time we rented the carriage house which was fine because they were quiet and good neighbors. But it might be awkward if you have any conflict with the other people staying in the same property. Very close to the beach (walkover F or E) Beaches and ocean are beautiful!!! And there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. If you have not visited Rosemary Beach or 30A before, just be forewarned that beach setup is done……

“Great location within Rosemary Beach! Just minutes from the beach, we were given a key fob to access the gate so we could walk to the beach. There were plenty of chairs & umbrellas set up for us to enjoy the view of the amazing water! This is a cozy one bedroom place which was ideal for us as a couple to enjoy all the amenities in this community. We were able to park in the garage which was helpful since parking can be hard to come by in busier times of the year. We definitely will plan to come……

“Location was great. Place was very clean. Only two minor issues. We had trouble entering the main gate to get in. For future visitors… turn the handle and push in!!!! It took three of us to figure this out! Second issue was the toilet seat handle broke on the first day. Location is superb and would definitely stay in this carriage house again.Lisa”
