“Initially we couldn’t get in as the agency needed a credit card for potential damage - annoying as we weren’t informed in advance. Also surprising that the kitchen didn’t have a stove.”

“Had my daughter’s bachelorette weekend here. Place was very nice and close to everything. House was clean, descriptions were accurate. Pool at house was a little small but lagoon pool in the subdivision was nice. Lagoon pool adult drinks are watered down substantially! I watched the bartender make us a round of drinks-he poured all of them with 75% alcohol but they weren’t strong. Alcohol has to be watered down. Only suggestions for house would be to have hand soap in all bathrooms so we……

“Wonderful experience. Location, location, location! Great parking, central to everything. We enjoyed the nightlife and the convenient of everything right in walking distance of the condo. Love the fact that the hall way is air conditioned. The tram service to the beach is on time and easy. One thing I would like to see is the addition of a cordless vacuum in the condo. Would love to be able to do a quick vacuum to help control the sand when coming back from the beach.”

“The overall condition of this property was a disgrace. False advertising on the description of the property. The sofa bed was broken and tied together with wire. There was 1 fork and 1 glass in the kitchen. 1 light bulb in each fixture. The curtain rod was tied to the wall with wire. The toilet paper holder was broken. The cranks on the windows were broken. The locks on the door missing. No WiFi. Roaches in the cabinets. Pallets, garbage and mattresses were tossed into the parking area. I have……

“Absolutely loved the house. The three levels allowed each of us the room we needed to work or just enjoy our morning / night. Location was a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this home to anyone who was looking to stay in the area. The bikes were a great way to explore the area as well as just walking on 30A. ”

“This property was excellent. Very new and updated and all amenities included. Lovely front porch and great neighborhood to bike around and get to everything quick. Great open space with primary on main level and upper bedroom has giant front deck for relaxing-our family loved Casa Migos. ”
