“The property was great. Very clean and everything worked as it should in the unit including the AC, appliances, wifi, and TVs. The host left a nice welcome gift and was easy to communicate with. We were there for the 4th of July and it was incredibly busy especially the beach area so next time we will probably try to rent chairs at the beach access to guarantee a spot on the beach. “The property was perfect for our family of seven adults and three children. There are many amenities including a large number of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the children. The roof top deck was a real plus for relaxing family gatherings in the evening. It’s perfectly located for quick and easy walks to the beach, pool, restaurants, and surrounding area shops. “First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. “Attended the 2019 Seabreeze Jazz Festival at Pier Park. We love aquatic environments and love seafood. Our stay was everything we hoped but was not able to fully enjoy the resort because of the demanding schedule of performances at the jazz festival. It was our first visit to Panama City Beach.
