“Been to Florida many, many times but never to the North West area and we are hooked. Thought Marco Island was our favorite, but now Rosemary Beach is! Location of the condo was perfect! Walking distance to everything you need! Alys Beach is a must see! Very posh, upscale and relaxing! Condo was Clean, nicely decorated, plenty of towels and even beach gear! Plenty of coffee cafes near by, boutiques, ample restaurants Too! Will definitely be back!”

“Property was very cleaned and well maintained.No ammenities other than the pool, which was very nice.Super quiet place to relax and disconnect.Beaches in the sorroundings are private, the rental came with access to one of the private beaches, it was little crowded due to the small available beach area but again nice people. We requested early check-in but was not available / could not accomodate. Overall five-stars for the price, highly recommended.”

“Everything was great! Communication from host, kitchen was fully stocked, room was clean, they already had smart tvs and connected devices to watch Netflix, and other apps. Only negative thing was the host was going to charge 50 to check in anywhere from 2-3 hours before when the room was already ready. Other host allows you to check in early with no fee if the room is available. My family has stayed in prob over 50 rooms and this was the only one that charged. ”
