“First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. We called downstairs and they actually sent us a nice fresh pot of coffee. Other thing was that we booked a town view and were given a room with a view of the back of……

“The place really needs certain upgrades on outside pool bathrooms and elevator. The inside the room was nice beds were horrible couch slept better. The place has quite policy at 11pm to 7am but the music did stop til around 1am we were on 11th floor could here it with doors closed an tv on.”

“Condo did not contain all of the beds listed in the description. There was mold in the bathroom floors and living area furniture were filthy and there was a constant knocking on the walls ALL DAY LONG (not sure if they were renovating or what but it was HORRIBLE). I PAID FOR A EXTRA PARKING PASS that was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t and no one ever brought it. When I called to complain I was told that they thought I canceled my reservations which was completely false and hung up on me.……

“Room was not clean. Couches smelled terrible. Only one bathroom in the room. The condition of the room was not the best. Things falling off as well. I could tell that the room was not cleaned. There was dust on the center table and on other things. By far the worst experience I have ever had when traveling. This was my first and last time booking with The Summit in PCB.”

“So so. I would say the price was not worth it. Super super clean and looking at the beautiful water. But broken lamps, non locking doors and more. Not terrible, but not great.”
