“Amazing house. We have 8 grown children and 7 grandchildren. The house is as amazing as the pictures and very close walk to the beach. We used to stay in Rosemary beach but the traffic has gotten so bad, it's not easy with children. The neighborhood here was quiet and easy to have kids on bikes and scooters. We could not have been happier. ”

“Loved this beautiful home and just minutes from the beach! It’s literally a 2 minute walk to the private door to get to the beach. One thing to note, you have to walk down approximately 50 stairs to hit the sand. And after the beach, we came home to a private pool in the back. The garage was filled with all kinds of beach/pool gear to make our visit even better. There were bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, pool toys, boogie boards and more. All the kids loved it. “Awesome location and cottage. Location to beach and towns along 30A was perfect. We were a short drive or bike ride from all areas. The cottage itself was clean and nice.Everything provided for a beach stay. Loved having the pool out our back door. Pool was empty alot of the time. Deck on this property seems larger than most. Rocking chairs on deck were great along with other seating. Beach buggy for chairs and beach stuff provided but we didnt use it. The walk was shorter then I thought.……
