“My boyfriend and I stayed overnight for our anniversary from the other coast of Florida and we had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the hotel so much that we’ve booked two more stays in the next coming months. The staff was super friendly. The hotel felt very luxurious the rooms were very spacious, and the restaurants are amazing! This is going to be our new regular hotel. We stay at in the area.”

“Me and my family stayed at the property for one night because we were cruising out of the port of miami. the staff were friendly (especially Nora) she helped us with anything that we needed & even gave us some good coffe shop recommendations. The cleanliness does need to be improved a little especially in the bathrooms. Another con is that we were told there was breakfast included but when we went there was nothing but a yogurt ”

“No Wi-Fi No good ”

“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. I wasn’t sure if it was done on purpose or not, but it scared me because the sound was so loud. I immediately called the front desk and told them that it sounded like……

“The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).”

“Small boutique hotel located walking distance to Little Havana. New building tucked into the neighborhood. Nice, modern accommodations, using digital technology to register and enter facilities. Staff was very accommodating with storing our luggage for the day before checking in.”
