“The hosts are incredibly helpful and made our visit personal. They knew we were coming to cheer on our home team for the Superbowl and offered tips on parking in New Orleans, events happening leading to to the game, and local evets including an Art walk here in BSL. They even had personalized home decorations in our teams colors. The home is spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property because of the home and the hosts. 50 out of 10 stars!”

“Property has a lot of deferred maintenance, no elevator, pool and hot tub were closed. Front desk attendant put breakfast out and once it was gone, it was gone. Both mornings the coffee was empty, first morning we went down 45 minutes before breakfast closed and there were scraps left. No attempt or intention of refilling anything. We checked in around 8:30 p.m. and all of the lights in the parking lot and all exterior lights were off. Almost hit two people walking because it was pitch dark.……
