They knew we were coming to cheer on our home team for the Superbowl and offered tips on parking in New Orleans, events happening leading to to the game, and local evets including an Art walk here in BSL. They even had personalized home decorations in our teams colors. The home is spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed.
