“Second time coming here for Defected Malta, this hotel is always so great at hosting their guests that come in for the event. Pool area is beautiful and the rooms are clean and it seems newly renovated. Housekeeping and the front desk were very accommodating for various checkout times. Music starts up at about 11 AM by the pool so just be aware of that, keeps it in the party spirit.”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “The resort is very nice, stuff friendly, the concierge very experienced and helpful. The lady at the reservation wasn’t very nice. I politely asked if we can check in it was around 2 pm, we flew from Chicago and my 72 years old mom was with us but the answer was No, the room is not ready , we will check you in at 3 pm.
