“We just loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was warm and very helpful. We started off with a cool room on the top floor but the ceiling was slanted/dormered and since my husband is 6'3" that didn't work too well for him and so the next day when there was a room available, the manager had no problem moving us. The location was great and they gave us many great suggestions for dinner. We enjoyed walking through the lovely park across from the hotel to the Main Market Square where there was……

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“Myself, husband, and two young adult kids utilized apt. 8 (the medium sized one), which was on the 4th floor. It was a perfect location, walking distance to most areas. Adrian was extremely helpful in providing airpot transfers and last minute reservation. There was air conditioning also. Note: the stairs are fairly steep and if there are any folks in your party that have mobility issues perhaps this apt is not for you. Otger then that Id highly recommended this apt.”

“Excellent 4 night stay at the loft hotel. Staff were brilliant, room was really clean and the location for getting around was perfect. Only suggestion for improvement would be to put some drawer units in the room to put socks / underwear and t shirts as it’s not ideal living out of a suitcase for 4 days. Would we stay there again … Absolutely 👍”

“Nice two level apartment in walkable distance to the Wawel Castle and the Old Town. Clean and easy to find. Very good communications. Missing a bit on amenities side, bedding/towels for two only, will apartment advertised as sleeping 4. Extra blankets, bedsheets would be nice. Overall good choice, would stay there again.”

"Good value for a four-star hotel. The members of staff were friendly and helpful. Originally paid for breakfast but could not make it due to sudden arrangements. The hotel was kind enough to offered alternative choices, so we could have some food to eat in very early morning."
