“I liked having the kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The free standing fan came in very handy as it was very hot when I visited. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and found it very quiet. Handy to have shops and restaurants nearby. Great to have free parking right at the front of the building.”

“Staff were friendly, lovely room that looked as it was recently renovated. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Would recommend for price bracket.”

“This place was extremely clean and extremely easy to access. The only issue I could see would be for someone who did not have connection to their email. The only one small issue I had was that the shower surround leaked in the corner. ”

“I booked an accessible twin room at Raven's Cliff, Motherwell for the weekend. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great to sleep on, and the accessible toilet / shower was large and easy to use. The breakfast and dinner served in the pub / restaurant were delicious and the price was reasonable. In summary, I had a lovely weekend stay at Raven's Cliff in Motherwell.”

“Limited parking space, staff is helpful and friendly, I can see lots of dog owners check in every time passing the reception. Limited resources provided inside the room which is understandable for this price range.”

“Rang in advance to tell Reception we would be arriving after 10.30pm, she said it was no trouble. When we got there the young lady was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She told us where there was plenty of tea coffee and milk if we needed it - which we did after a long journey. The hotel itself was a little dated but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and we had a good quiet nights sleep. We would definitely use it again. ”

“The photos don't do the hotel justice. It's really beautiful. It's not a new hotel, but it's well-maintained and spotless. I'm from the Caribbean, and I'm used to having air conditioning or fans. They didn't have air conditioning, but they gave me a fan because I couldn't sleep. That impressed me. I went with my baby, and they had a crib for her in the room. I'm very happy, and I highly recommend it. It's in a great spot for public transportation.”
