“We're from Georgia, and we were looking for a place that would have an eclipse rise at maximum coverage at sunrise. What better place than a lake? Well...the Great Lakes are very fickle beasts w.r.t. weather. Nevertheless, after numerous foggy mornings, we got a great view of what we wanted on the day that we needed.
