“My husband and I stayed here for one night. It was directly on our route, so it was very convenient. It was also located next to Fridheimar tomato greenhouses and restaurants. We weren't able to get reservations in the greenhouse, but we did go to the wine bar and have the tomato soup for dinner. Very nice & convenient! The room was spacious, though a bit dated. It had a fan in it which was great as we stayed in the summer. The breakfast was very nice as well. We would stay here again. ”

“This beautiful cottage was an excellent place to stay for our family. We slept well, it was quiet and having a full kitchen was perfect for our dinner and breakfast. It was a bit confusing with finding a code to open the door in our reservation materials. Thankfully the key box was not locked (so we didn’t need the code) to obtain the house key. ”

“We started our Iceland holiday with first 2 nights stay at cabin 5A. I’m glad we did as it set the bar really high and at the end of our 9 day trip, the family unanimously agreed this was our favourite accommodation in the entire trip! Cabin had everything we needed, extremely clean, hosts were v responsive, and being in open lands (yet near enough to nearby towns), we were treated to 2 nights of auroras when we were there!! The hot tub brought so much joy too, can’t wait to be back! ”

“The Blue View Cabins offer a well thought out self-catering experience in an area which allows you to beat the tour groups to key sites on the Golden Circle.
