“Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend.”

“The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.”
“Perfect location for attending the London Temple nearby. Restaurant upstairs was lovely and the food was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The room temperature could have been cooler, but we had no thermostat in the room so we opened the ground floor window. ”

“The property and room are gorgeous! They also provided a dog bed, bowls and a lovely gift for my pup! It is a perfect English town high street pub hotel-but much better appointed than other pub stays. I would suggest staying there in cooler months as it was a bit too warm.”
“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0.
The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”
“Everything was great, the only small gripe I had was that it took a long time for the hot water to reach temperature for the shower, even using the electric boost option. Host was really helpful and room excellent and spacious for a solo traveller which was much appreciated.”
