Obwohl wir dem Besitzer bereits 2 Tage vor Ankunft mitgeteilt haben, dass wir erst um ca. 22.00 Uhr mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen kommen, war nur seine Mutter im Haus, die kein Wort englisch spricht. Sie hat den Besitzer angerufen und dieser hat uns mitgeteilt, dass es sein Fehler sei, dass das Hotel komplett besetzt sei. Im Nachbarhaus sei ein Zimmer für uns frei für diese 1. Nacht. “This small hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, right at the heart of the historical centre of Chania. There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. “This place is special because of the staff especially Giorgos! Not only was the place clean, comfortable, close to everything and cozy, the staff that runs it is awesome. Giorgos was incredibly accessible and easy to talk to. He was amazing from before, during and after our stay at Camere. Extremely helpful especially when we needed help getting in contact with Chania airport’s lost and found department. It wasn’t his responsibility to try to help us but he went out of his way to reach out the……

“I had a great experience at the Epavli Grace hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi was also very nice and often quiet/not busy. The view on the balcony outside was not ideal but did afforded privacy. The only real problem is that the hotel is located in the city centre and there can be sudden construction as of 7am, which the staff have no notice of in advance. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the city……
