Loved the design of the fireplace and the photos of wildlife in the living room. We hope to come back when we have more time to explore the area. “The property was very clean, easy to access and close to both Inlet and Old Forge. There were many restaurants in the area and not far from the property. We were able to enjoy a camp fire each night and enjoy our coffee in morning outside in the fresh country air. ”

“This was our second stay at this location. We loved it the first time, so when we saw it was available again, we jumped at the chance. Mike was great with communication, and everything was perfect! We used the fire pit every night; the kids loved the basement game room with pool table, foosball table and steel tip dart board. “The River Beds Lodge was perfect for our group of eleven (3 couples and 5 kids, ages 8--13). The location was perfect -- right next door to ARO river guides rafting company, which is also owned by the same folks. Our group had an amazing experience rafting with them one day, and we stayed a third night to allow us to spend a day at Great Escape nearby. “We had an amazing time at this cabin! The owners are really friendly. We “Rode the Rails” in North Creek, which is about 11 minutes away, and learned some interesting local history about Teddy Roosevelt. After that, we spent some time at Lake George. Our favorite part was sitting by the fire at night, the stars were amazing! The kids loved using the kayaks, and everyone tried fishing, catching a few small perch.
