“House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm.……

“This house was absolutely great ! The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere in town or to the beach from there. It is very well appointed and the owner was particularly helpful when we had a question about a window missing a shade. We would definitely come back another year.”

“Tucked away in the back of the village against the woods for a nice quiet and cozy stay. Host has thought of most anything you would need (or could forget) and makes sure you are set up to enjoy your visit. ”

“The house is as described and had lots of room for our family. It is off the beaten path but served our needs since with a young child and newborn we were not going to go to restaurants and major attractions. Fun things to keep us occupied: playing in the babbling brook, boating around the pond, playing at the "beach" and hiking in the area. Kitchen was well furnished with plates, etc. and organized. Owner was very prompt to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for a nice relaxing,……
