“We have been staying at Apple Valley Villas for 11+ years and we have stayed in about 9 different units. This one is by far my favorite and mainly because of the kitchen. We cook breakfast and an afternoon meal and having a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, and an oven was great. This unit also has a washer and dryer, as stated in the description which is wonderful when you have wet bathing suits and towels coming from the lake. “Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. New property was extremely nice. The front desk help was amazing in making the change. Very nice property however the……

We ran out of Breakfast-Blend coffee for the Keurig coffee maker on the third day, and the place could use a second TV - either in the sunroom or the main bedroom, but it suited our needs, and we are happy to have selected the place.”
