“The staff were friendly and helpful!”

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“The property was quiet and nice. The restaurant on the 4th floor was especially nice and unique for a hotel amenity. Everything was nice for my short stay.”

“It’s perfectly positioned off the main road and it’s also near the flight path of the airport. I love hearing the aircraft overhead because it is not loud. The hotel has an aviation theme. The staff is by far the best I have encountered. ”

With that being said it was handled with amazing customer service and Spring Hill made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner! I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at especially for the price, it’s unbeatable and I look forward to staying again in the future!”
