“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“I travel at least once a month for work. I stayed here for the space and it was nice. I felt at home. Unfortunately, now they require a 4 day or more stay. The person who checked me in asked if I heard what he told the people before or if I need him to repeat it, kind of odd. But overall, it was great.”

“Great stay, beautiful area. Room clean and sunny. Closet and clothes smelled bad of cigarette smoke. Food services seemed lacking so walked to local restaurants. Overhead planes were not that noticeable.”

“Very nice clean room, breakfast was very good. I left our cell phone chargers in the room when we checked out. I called later that afternoon and the desk person said they would contact housekeeping. I was able to retrieve the chargers the next morning, a very BIG Thank You !!!”
