“Very nice and friendly staff and good condition ”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. My grandson loved the pool table and other games provided. The room was immaculate and up to date. ”

“I was a little iffy about this hotel in the beginning, never having stayed at a Fairfield Inn before but I was pleasantly surprised, especially at this price point. The staff was friendly, hotel was up to par and clean and it was in a nice location. I will definitely be staying at a Fairfield Inn on my next destination! ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“What I liked about the hotel was that you allow dogs. However, you should have one floor for dogs, not all floors. And I think you could have more selection with your breakfast. Clean the carpet better. ”

“Toilet didn’t flush- my hubby had to take top off and make ball was connected to have water fill so it can flush ”

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“Second time staying here. Literally nothing wrong. It’s cheap and nice. You get what you pay for, but it’s clean and tidy. Parking lot is noisy but that’s to be expected with the block it’s on. No complaints. ”
