“My trip was amazing I was in town for a concert. My room was nice and clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and Michel’le was a few rooms down from us and we got to meet her before the concert and the ladies of Changing Faces stayed there as well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt House. It was very secure and the candy at check in desk is delicious too. We also had a nice view and we were on the fifth floor.”

“Staff was friendly, room was clean & comfortable. Parking was tight/limited, it was downtown so you did periodically hear sirens (if you live in town, nothing you would have noticed. We live in the country, it was noisy to us.), breakfast was limited but had a couple different options.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“They recently spent a single night at this property. Due to our late flight we did not arrive at the hotel till 2am. There was no problem getting in and the staff was very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. We would certainly stay at this property again.”
