“Overall stay was good! Communication with property owner was good. Easy fast check in. The condo was a little dirty, shower tub in master dirty, stained, and some soap scum buildup. Didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths for number of people or nights. Never found any extra blankets or pillows. The smoke detector was chirping when we arrived had to replace the battery twice during our stay. The condo had a bad smell (thinking it was neighbors up above). Location was great and central to……

“We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday. We have family nearby that we were visiting and this apartment was perfect for our stay. It is right in the center of the Gloucester Courthouse, so very close to restaurants and shops in Gloucester. We had a great time and will definitely return! “Traveling with a 5 and 2 year old and we received a call the morning we were supposed to check in that the property was sold that morning and our reservation was cancelled. They moved us to another of their properties and offered a small refund back but it was very stressful. We had reserved a 2 bedroom and were looking forward to the indoor pool. “The place was nice and clean. Very quiet except when the train went by. All amenities worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Found out check out was 10:00 and not 11:00 as stated in our welcome instructions. Front desk could not find our reservations.”
