“Kingsmill was beautiful and the condo was lovely and spacious. Beautiful views out of the back and very close to resort amenities. Really enjoyed all the walking paths for me and my pup. “The entrance right into the bed, a mere foot from the door with the mop and cleaning supplies to the right of the door did not give a great first welcoming. The smells indicated either mustiness or seafood in the fridge or both.Yes there were air freshener candles but, deep cleaning may be best to get to the root of it. The WiFi was not correct-the links that popped up were not in sync w/what was in the binder of info. When reached out to property manager for both entry inquiry and wifi, he was……

“Came into town for a soccer tournament. I wanted something nice for my girls. This property was so pretty inside and very convenient to restaurants and cafes. A little beach on the river to swim, and a pool. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was exactly what we needed and the communication was great. ”

“This unit was perfect, updated, clean, and comfortable. We have stayed at Kingsgate before, but this condo was the best so far! Kingsgate has many amenities which make it a great place for family fun. It is close to Busch Gardens & Water County. Conlonial Williamsburg is always worth visiting.”

“Rendezvous was a perfect location and a wonderful proeperty. Immaculate, fully stocked with whatever you might need. Would definitely ret8rn.”

“We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us……

“This was a great place. We had a small issue at the beginning but the owner addressed it immediately and was very communicative.We liked the view of tie tennis courts and it was a short walk to the marina and the golf club. The kitchen was appointed well for our purposes. The cafe is within walking distance and they are very friendly there.”
