“Staff was excellent and accomodating on a very cold and snowy evening upon arrival. Room access with elevator literally just a few feet away from reception was great as my husband is dealing with a leg injury. Room was clean and well kept, only change I would have loved, the lighting for the desk table was not up to par. I needed to work , thankfully I usually travel with a small extra lamp.”

“Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues. One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak. The side door which lead to the "scary" elevator also appeared to lock properly, leaving it operable even at night.”

“There was an issue with the clock radio and the front desk person offered to come to my room and address the problem. He fixed it the best he could. Wyndham has decided to save money they would only provide housekeeping to a room every 3 days. So if you are staying 3 nights or les, you will never receive any housekeeping.”
