“1) Check-in counter cannot find my booking and full payment through Hotels.com, it took us around 20 mins to check in by filling up lots of forms and waiting... so bad experience for check-in. 2) Hotel assigned a room which was not pre-checked and not ready for move-in to us - no slipper and not clean enough on the table. Later, hotel staff rang the doorbell and requested loudly outside for coming in to check the fridge. How come they did not check up the room before guest moves in? it's Not……

“I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!”

“The accommodation was clean. Overall the buildings are getting old but could have had a paint refresh recently. Gardens outside needed a large clean up. Reception was open when we arrived at 1am and staff showed us to our room which was a plus. Good sleep. Water pressure in bathroom was excellent. ”
