“Castaways is a fantastic property to stay at. The location, the views from our chalet, were all incredible! Deepak at the reception was very accommodating and most helpful with our queries and requests. If you want to truly unwind and relax, then this resort is an absolute must!! “I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!”
