“I met a very kind receptionist when I checked in. I asked her if I could make a late check out at eleven o'clock for my flight at 3pm tomorrow? Surprising me that her initiative made the check out time at 12pm for me for my convenience. A warm heart and helpfulness. Ibis offered simple free breakfast at 4am-7am to convenience the early flight guests, thumbs up!”

“Reception is in the next building. Efficient check-in staff. We arrived with the Yellow Bus airport shuttle -- very convenient. Room was quite cold when we arrived but the heater slowly warmed it. Room is large, but the very small work desk did not have any nearby access to electricity. Beds were comfortable. Nice size bathroom, but wash basin is outside in the room and very low. Adequate hot water. Little storage space in the room. Carpeting is a bit worn. Because of the chill in the……

“Arriving at 2am is not fun, but the shuttle pickup went fine, the check-in was smooth, beds and room clean. Only 6 hours to sleep, then the same process in reverse to get home.”

“The staff at Auckland Airport Motel were more than accomodating when our plans changed last minute and were able to confirm our reservation for alternate dates. Check in was fast and friendly, our rooms easily located and very convenient to have parking on the doorstep for a terrible evening of weather! The rooms were comfortable, well sized and very clean, ideal for our short visit and located very conveniently for an early morning airport pickup. Will definitely stay again for similar flying……

“Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .”
