Sie standen uns mit Rat und Tat hinsichtlich der Gestaltung des Urlaubs zur Seite und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass ihnen persönlich daran gelegen war, dass wir eine bestmögliche Zeit genießen können. “Very tranquil atmosphere with beautiful gardens. We loved our room, which included a nice outside lounging area. There were a couple of negatives: housekeeping only cleaned our room once in 8 nights. Communication was poor: hotels.com did not pass messages between the hotel and us, so they didn't know our arrival time and there were no staff on site when we got there at 7 PM. Probably better to reserve directly with the hotel. But there were also problems on departure. The taxi we had……
