“The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. She was less polite in greeting the friendly dog from next door. I was pleasantly surprised that the tap water tasted good, as I had……

“This house was perfect for our family's ski weekend. Everything was very clean, the house was extremely comfortable. Beds/mattresses were great and there were plenty of pillows. Shuttle transportation to the mountain is virtually right outside the door (which was great because our teens could take the shuttle to the mountain to be first on the lift and we could join them a bit later). The three twin beds on the top floor made for a fun teen sleeping/hang out space. Having two full bathrooms was……

“This place was great! Convenient and clean. The beds were soooo comfy! We walked to town for groceries and dined out in town. We were there for a concert at Okemo which was just a few minutes away. We planned on hanging out back at the fire. Unfortunately, it rained so we hung out in the warm and inviting living room with a fire in the fireplace!! ”

Our one friend lives out in western Mass but Okemo is still 2 hours away so instead of taking a drive up and a out in the same day we figured an over night stay would work well. “This is such a charming, historic New England bed and breakfast. The quintessential Vermont experience right in the heart of the quaint village of West Dover. The Innkeeper knows all the people & places around. Homemade breakfast options are delicious, I had the local blueerry waffles. The Blueberry Festival parade passed right in front of the inn. I drank the Inn's coffee in the morning outside on their lawn, on one of the oversized stone seats around the firepit. There are books on the shelves……
