“This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.”

“We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed……

“Kitchen, main living level, and deck were all great spaces. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We could hear guests in the adjoining unit during our stay. Very nice view from the hilltop.”

“Enjoyed the pool and the open space of the home. Some previous pictures showed a swing set which was noted that is no longer in the yard. Would be great to have as there is certainly space. Our family had a great time. ”

“It was a great place to stay. My sister fell and broke her knee on way driving to California. She could not climb the stairs, but the recliner attached to the couch worked out great for her to sleep on. I appreciated the fans that were available to use in this unit also....not all places think of them. The kitchen could use measuring spoons and cups though!”

“Absolutely, stunning place very tucked up in the hills. Make sure to get home before evening. Otherwise the fog gets really thick. Kind of tough to see when driving back.”
