“Everything was great! the apartment was great. The owner was great. The liquor store was great and the liquor store staff was great.”

“The studio apartment was clean and provided us with everything we needed. The only issue I had was that the bed pillows had a bad odor. Maybe spray them with Febreze or throw them in the dryer with dryer sheets to give them a fresh smell. It would have been nice to have a propane fireplace and extra seating on the beautiful deck.”

“I actually stayed in their property in verona beach. 5 minute walk to sylvan beach. 2 stiry apartment above rheir restaurant. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Ronda called in advance and offered the upgrade and wow, what an upgrade. Loved their place a d enjoyed a yummy breakfast at their restaurant. Highly recommended. ”

“This unit was amazing. It was super clean and neat. There is a ton of room. The kids loved the loft upstairs. Owner is super nice and easy to contact if necessary. Kitchen is well equipped. It also is furnished with nice Kitchenaid appliances. Will defintely visit again!!”

“It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again.”

“Several of my friends come up to the area every year for a memorial golf outing for an old Army buddy of ours and this was a great location for us as we rented both halves of this property. Close to the beach and restaurants with great amenities and plenty of room for all of us. Will look to make this our regular place year in and year out.”

“House was very clean & well stocked with towels, linens, etc. The only negative was there was no place for clothes on hangers. Also, the walk was farther from the house than 2 blocks, more like 3-4 blocks (only an issue if you use a cane) and totally fine for the kids.The kids loved having use of all of the bikes. Plenty of firewood provided. Plenty of parking. Rick was very responsive.”
