“We stayed here for one night and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. It was raining heavily outside, so we were quite soaked. The hotel staffs were very warm, friendly and helpful when we arrived, handing us facial tissues to dry ourselves. “Riad is in a great location, just outside the Medina. The complex is beautiful and well maintained with good facilities. The room was spacious and well equipped and the breakfast and dinner were tasty. My only complaint is that the mattress was VERY firm, but it seems like this is common in Morocco. “My only regret is that I can’t give it 6 out of 5! To start with, even before I arrived Ayoub had made contact with me, sorted out where I needed to park and arranged to meet me. If you know anything about Fes then it’s well worth being guided in that first time! The Riad itself is stunning, tucked away around the 7 turns that lead to it, it’s an oasis. “The riad was beautiful. We arrived in the afternoon and was first led into a reception area next to the courtyard, which gives us a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard. We were then greeted with some mint tea and biscuits which were lovely. The staffs were all warm and friendly, and was very helpful with carrying our luggages upstairs.
