“Location is perfect. A lots of places to see within walking distance and good restaurants nearby too. The service is great. Friendly and professional staff. The room is clear and spacious. The gym is very big with all the equipments and have personal training rooms too. We stayed 5 nights and were very lucky to get room on 16th floor with a balcony! ”

“Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.”

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything a person needs in a city! The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the staff is great and the food amazing. What more could you want. Oh...there is a car to drive you to dinner or somewhere in the city if you need a ride!”
