“Probably the best 5 stars hotel in Eilat we stayed at. Spacy rooms with balcony and jacuzzi, clean, quiet (no kids allowed). Good Spa facilities, tasty breakfast, but in my view, still too expensive for winter season. ”

“I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around……

“The hotel seems fully booked, however was very quiet. the only time we felt the crowd was at the huge ques for breakfast. Did want to laten c/o which was impossible, unfortunately. Subich from the reception was exceptionally nice and patient. ”

“When we first checked in, there was a disgustingly strong smell of cigarette smoke all over the room including cigarette ashes in the window rails. After they vacuumed out the smell somehow the AC continuously leaked, spray our bed and clothes with water and leaving a puddle on the floor. We had multiple technicians come in at all hours of the day and night I understand that the hotel couldn't offer us another room because they were fully booked. They refused to apologise or compensate us for……
